Lean startup is a community of people that want to change the way that entrepreneurship is done. Are only small when they fail to live up to their potential. Try to create new values every day. A startup is not a product nor an idea or cool business plan, it is a human institution designed to create something new under conditions of extreme uncertainty. Traditional management tools are up for the constant changes. If an individual employee at your company has an idea, that could work, companies should be able to implement those changes. Make sure that your work adds value to your company. You need to be able to change what you believe or you will be wasting valuable time
